Child safety policy

The safety of your little ones is our utmost concern. In order to create a safe and relaxing atmosphere, Hair By Riley Craig requests only well-behaved children over the age of 13 to accompany adults to appointments, if necessary.

Those under the age of 13 who are not receiving a service are kindly asked to refrain from visiting Hair By Riley Craig.

Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot tools and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return policy

All products are FINAL sale.

All hair extensions and hair pieces are FINAL sale. This includes hand-tied extensions, tape-in extensions, bonded extensions.

HAIR Extension policy

All hair extension services are final sale. All deposit or retainers are non-refundable. Extension services canceled within 72 hours of scheduled appointment may result in non-refundable retainer fee in order to rebook.

Change of heart policy

We understand that sometimes a certain look just isn’t for you. If you change your mind, you must pay to have the service(s) redone. Redos are determined by the original stylist on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of what you’re down for with your credit card on file. A no-show results in a 100% charge for what you’re down for on your credit card.

Hair extension guests cannot receive a non-refundable retainer back after paying.
